Working with both Whisk Up and a tax accountant ensures that your financials are accurate throughout the year and optimized for tax season, keeping your restaurant on solid financial ground.

We receive your data through multiple secure methods to ensure seamless and accurate processing. For participating vendors, we use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to automatically pull in data. We also process invoices through scanned uploads, emailed documents, or, with certain software systems, even pictures taken directly from their apps. These flexible options allow us to work with the methods that best suit your needs and streamline data collection, so you can focus on your business while we handle the details.

While most of our clients are on an accrual basis, we can run cash basis if requested.

We can send both daily and weekly reports depending on your service package of exceptions and notes from our work for teams to review.
